COMPLAINTS

We make every effort to ensure that the products shipped to you do not have any defects. However, if the purchased goods do not meet the expectations, you can make a complaint

For this purpose, print and fill in the complaint form

We will consider the complaint within 14 days. We will inform you by e-mail about how to solve it. If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the defective product with one free from defects or we will remove the defect.
